NEW CITY NEW RISE / NEW LIFE: CITY RISE — PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: 17 September 2026 Lifecharger develops this life simulation game, Android package com.lifecharger.newcitynewrise. This policy covers the game distributed as New City New Rise and its development name New Life: City Rise. GAME DATA Your character name, progress and preferences are stored on your device. The game has no player account, billing, cloud save or remote game server. We do not send your character name or saved game to an advertising service. Clearing the app's storage removes local progress; operating-system backups may retain a copy according to your device settings. OPTIONAL REWARDED ADVERTISING Google AdMob supplies optional rewarded ads for the final improvement to properties and businesses. This development version uses Google's test ad units. An ad is requested when you choose that improvement, and the reward is granted only after the SDK reports that it was earned. Other gameplay does not require watching an ad. Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares device identifiers, IP address, interaction information and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. IP addresses can be used to estimate approximate location. The game does not request precise-location access. SDK transmissions use encrypted connections. Google's handling and retention of that information are governed by its policies; Lifecharger does not operate a database containing this advertising data. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Mobile Ads SDK disclosure: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure ANONYMOUS USAGE STATISTICS To understand which parts of the game are played and to improve it, the game sends batches of usage events (for example session start and end, job started or left, goal claimed, item bought, rewarded ad watched, daily challenge claimed) to a Lifecharger endpoint hosted on Cloudflare (analytics.lifecharger.workers.dev) and stored in Cloudflare D1. The same batches carry technical diagnostics so we can find crashes and slowness: how long the game took to start, interface freezes of two seconds or more, whether the previous run ended abnormally, and uncaught errors (the error type and the code location only - never the error message or anything you typed or viewed). Each batch carries only: a random installation identifier generated by the game, the game version, the platform, the event names with their in-game values (job, goal and item identifiers, months lived, in-game currency amounts) and a timestamp. The country the request arrives from is recorded; IP addresses are not stored with events. A batch never contains your character name, an advertising ID, location or a device identifier. No third-party analytics SDK is used for this. You can switch it off at any time in Settings ("Share anonymous usage statistics"); clearing the game's data resets the installation identifier. To have events deleted, contact us with the approximate dates you played. YOUR CHOICES You can decline the optional rewarded improvement. You can reset or delete your advertising ID through Android's privacy settings where supported. You can clear local game data through Android's app settings. For data held by Google, use the controls and privacy-request options described in Google's privacy policy. We cannot retrieve or delete Google-held data on your behalf. CONTACT AND UPDATES Contact Lifecharger at support@lifechargergames.com for questions about this policy. Changes to the game's data practices will be reflected in an updated policy and revision date.
