COSMIC GROW - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Cosmic Grow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. APP DESCRIPTION
   Cosmic Grow is a mobile game developed by Lifecharger. You start as a vibrating string and grow through the history of the universe: eat what is smaller, avoid what is bigger and bond into quarks, nuclei, atoms, molecules, rocks and planets.

3. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
   - Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Lifecharger and protected by copyright.

6. ADVERTISING
   The App displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS (COSMIC PASS)
   The optional Cosmic Pass is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play (Menu > Payments & subscriptions); cancelling stops future renewals and the pass stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

8. DISCLAIMER
   The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
