COSMIC GROW - PRIVACY POLICY Last Updated: 2 October 2026 1. OVERVIEW Cosmic Grow ("the App") is an action game about growing from a quark to a galaxy, developed by Lifecharger and published on Google Play under the package name com.lifecharger.hotcollector. This policy explains what information the App accesses, collects, uses and shares, and the choices you have. In short: your progress and settings stay on your device; the App shows Google AdMob ads (rewarded ads you choose to watch, and occasional ads between runs); it offers an optional Cosmic Pass subscription through Google Play; it sends anonymous usage statistics you can switch off; and it asks Google Play whether a newer version is required. 2. LOCAL STORAGE Your best run, lifetime statistics, stardust, permanent upgrades, completed realms, an unfinished run you can continue, settings (sound, haptics, dash side) and whether you hold the Cosmic Pass are stored on your device, in the App's private storage, with local backup copies. Nothing is uploaded to a Lifecharger server. The App has no account system and no cloud save. 3. ANONYMOUS USAGE STATISTICS To understand which parts of Cosmic Grow are used and to improve it, the App sends batches of usage events (for example session start and end, run started, finished or left, stage reached, tutorial finished, rewarded ad watched, store screen opened, in-app purchase made) to a Lifecharger endpoint hosted on Cloudflare (analytics.lifecharger.workers.dev) and stored in Cloudflare D1. The same batches carry technical diagnostics so we can find crashes and slowness: how long the App took to start, interface freezes of two seconds or more and whether the previous run ended abnormally. Each batch carries only: a random installation identifier generated by the App, the App version, the platform, the event names with their in-app values (for example the realm and stage, seconds played, energy reached) and a timestamp. The country the request arrives from is recorded; IP addresses are not stored with events. A batch contains no name, email, advertising ID, location or device identifier, and the installation identifier is not linked to any account. No third-party analytics SDK is used. You can switch this off at any time in Settings ("Usage stats"); the events waiting on your device are then discarded. Clearing the App's data resets the installation identifier. To have events deleted, contact us with the approximate dates you used the App. 4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB) Cosmic Grow shows ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded ads you may choose to watch (to revive once per run, or to double the stardust earned at the end of a run), and interstitial ads between runs (not in your first runs of a session, and never for Cosmic Pass holders). The AdMob SDK may collect and share your device's advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device model/OS and ad-interaction data for ad serving, measurement and fraud prevention, as described in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), a consent form is shown before ads are requested, and Settings offers "Privacy options" to change your choice later. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads). 5. IN-APP PURCHASES (COSMIC PASS) Cosmic Grow offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, the Cosmic Pass (monthly or yearly), which removes ads between runs and adds a daily stardust bonus and cosmetic extras. All transactions are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details; Google shares only a purchase token and the subscription status with the App so it can turn the pass on. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Menu > Payments & subscriptions). Google Play Billing is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy 6. APP UPDATES (GOOGLE PLAY IN-APP UPDATES) At launch and when you return to the App, it asks Google Play whether a newer version is available and, when an update is required, starts Google Play's update screen. This check is handled by Google Play on your device; the App sends nothing to Lifecharger for it. 7. VIBRATION The App uses your device's vibration for short haptic feedback during play. You can switch this off in Settings ("Haptics"). 8. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT The App does NOT collect or access: - location data - contacts, call logs, SMS or calendar - phone number - browsing history - microphone or camera - photos or files - hardware identifiers (IMEI, serial number) - your name or email address The App contains no third-party analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDK other than Google AdMob (see the anonymous usage statistics section for our own event logging). 9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Cosmic Grow is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children, and ads are limited to content rated for general audiences with parental guidance (PG). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it. 10. SECURITY AND RETENTION Local data is protected by your operating system's app sandbox and your device's lock screen. All network communication uses HTTPS. Data held on Lifecharger infrastructure (the anonymous usage statistics) is kept only as long as needed for the purpose described above: raw events are deleted after 180 days, only aggregated counts are kept. 11. YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, KVKK in Turkiye) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data we hold. Because almost all data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For anything held on our side, email the address below and we will act within 30 days. 12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy when the App changes. Updates are published at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance. 13.
