ARCADE SNAKE - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Arcade Snake ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. APP DESCRIPTION
   Arcade Snake is a classic snake arcade game reimagined with 22 game modes, real-time multiplayer, retro phone nostalgia, power-ups, cosmetics, item drops, and neon arcade visuals. The App is available for Android devices.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT
   You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The game content is suitable for a general audience.

4. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
   - Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
   - Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage in leaderboards or multiplayer
   - Use cheats, bots, or automated tools during multiplayer sessions
   - Harass or disrupt other players in multiplayer modes
   - Manipulate league rankings or leaderboard scores through illegitimate means

6. MULTIPLAYER
   The App offers real-time multiplayer (IO) modes. By using multiplayer features:
   - You agree to play fairly and not use exploits or cheats.
   - Your in-game display name and scores are visible to other players.
   - We reserve the right to restrict access to multiplayer for players who violate fair play standards.

7. IN-APP PURCHASES & VIRTUAL CURRENCY
   a) The App offers in-app purchases including VIP access and ticket packs.
   b) All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms.
   c) Virtual currencies (tickets, coins) and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred outside the App.
   d) Refund requests should be directed to Google Play.

8. ADVERTISEMENTS
   The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we are not responsible for ad content. VIP and ad-free features may remove or reduce advertisements.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, design, graphics, sound effects, and code in the App are owned by Lifecharger and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Multiplayer services depend on server availability and network conditions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to loss of game progress, multiplayer service interruptions, or virtual currency/item loss.

12. ACCOUNT DELETION
    You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time through the in-app settings or by visiting: https://lifecharger.pages.dev/arcadesnake/delete-account.html

13. TERMINATION
    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App or its online features at any time for violation of these Terms.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
