ARCADE SNAKE - PRIVACY POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
   Arcade Snake ("the App") is developed by Lifecharger. This policy describes how we handle your information. The App is intended for a general audience and suitable for users aged 13 and older.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
   The App does NOT collect:
   - Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number) beyond what Google Play Games provides
   - Location data
   - Contact lists or address books
   - Browsing history or usage analytics

3. LOCAL STORAGE
   All game progress, preferences, high scores, cosmetic unlocks, item inventory, power-up levels, and settings are stored locally on your device using shared preferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use cloud sync.

4. GOOGLE PLAY GAMES
   The App integrates with Google Play Games Services for:
   - Leaderboards: Your high scores may be submitted to Google Play leaderboards.
   - Achievements: Game achievements are synced with Google Play Games.
   - Sign-in: Google Play Games sign-in is used for authentication and cloud sync.
   Your Google Play Games profile (display name, profile photo) may be visible to other players on leaderboards. This is governed by your Google Play Games privacy settings.

5. MULTIPLAYER
   The App features real-time multiplayer (IO) modes. During multiplayer sessions:
   - Your in-game display name and score are shared with other players in the same game session.
   - No personal information (email, real name, etc.) is shared during multiplayer.
   - Multiplayer connections are handled through WebSocket servers hosted on Cloudflare.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
   a) Google AdMob: The App uses Google AdMob for advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
   b) Google Play In-App Billing: Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
   c) Google Play Games Services: Used for leaderboards, achievements, and player authentication as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
   d) Cloudflare: The App communicates with Cloudflare-hosted services for multiplayer functionality. Cloudflare may log standard web request data (IP addresses, request headers) per their privacy policy.

7. IN-APP PURCHASES
   The App offers in-app purchases (e.g., VIP access, ticket packs). All transactions are processed by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
   The App is a general-audience snake arcade game. While the game content is suitable for all ages, the App is NOT directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us.

9. DATA SECURITY
   Game data such as scores, progress, and item inventory are stored using local device storage. We employ industry-standard practices to protect any data transmitted during multiplayer sessions.

10. YOUR RIGHTS
    Since we store data locally on your device, you maintain full control. You can:
    - Delete all App data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through your device settings.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
